Every Tuesday and Wednesday, for dinner, we organize special "Leaven Pizza" and "Primitive Pizza". For those who love the real Neapolitan pizza TSG (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed) with real ingredients from Campania, every Thursday evening is dedicated to this kind of very soft, and at the same time, crisp and tasty, dough. We care about all sides of ethic and food intolerances, pying more attention to leaves, lactose (mozzarella/cheese without lactose), sugars and vegan needs (rice mozzarella/cheese). Our pizza's dough is made with rice and corn flour. Gluten free pizzas are baked in separate areas by dedicated staff.
